Anyone know if there's a discount for pokemon players who are or wanting to stay at Hilton Bay Front? Like say I'm playing Grinders, would they give me a discount at the hotel if I stay there?

I was battling someone and say if you try attacking with Torterra and you only have 2 energy on him, but your opponent used Night Spin last turn and you have Scptile out. Would you be able to attack since Scptile provides one energy as 2? Thanks.

I know the pokemon prerelease sleeves and non shiny sleeves are legal. Are clear sleeves legal to use?
