I was just wondering if there were any viable and tested lists out there for the aformentioned deck. I'm trying to get a good list, just having trouble.

I'm testing Ho-Oh and loving it. It reminds me of Darkrai and it's not completely awful. What are your thoughts on making this concept as a whole better? I'd like to play this deck for the future, it seems pretty fun :)

What are people testing for winter regionals? Personally, I'm testing Sceptile/ Seismetoad. What's the play for winter regionals? I feel so in the dark from playing standard for the last few months.
