I took my kids to their first organized play this last weekend. I noticed that everybody had some pokemon card covers for their cards rather than just having their cards being exposed. Where do you get those from? Theirs didn't seem to be generic, but had pokemon type stuff on the back...

Is there a quick and easy way to see the evolution progression for any given Pokemon? For example, if I have Piplup and want to see Level 1, Level 2, and if there is a Level X for Piplup, how do I do that? Thanks.
