Alright, but what about damage counters and weaknesses and resistances? Are they not calculated when you're placing damage counters instead of damage? Or does the attack have to say not to apply them?

When people are testing a deck against many different decks and they come up with the numbers like (75-25), (50-50), etc, how do people actually get those numbers? How many matches are usually played against each deck? Just to clear things up I know what the numbers mean. I just want to know...
