Yeah, I could see it working with a lock/energy denial deck. It may also be a decent counter against Gardevoir GX as it gets rid of the DC's that power him up so fast. Also, if he is not OHKO'd he can make all of the damage on him disappear.

I think right now (in standard play) is as good a balance as there has ever been between powerful basics and even more powerful evolutions. Neither one is really more successful than the other.

I've never actually seen anyone use this card to pull a basic GX. 90% of the time it's to put some Raltz on the bench. Although it does make sense to use it that way.

If you READ my post, it said you don't need MORE THAN TWO. Didn't say to just use one. If you have 2 and stretchers, It's almost as good as having 3. Plus the stretchers can be used to pull other pokes out. Reading comprehension skills... I run stretcher for Zoroark, Volcanion, and Golisopod.

Zygarde is good, just make sure you have Hex Maniac and Pokemon ranger to avoid getting locked. I have a quad-Zygarde deck that I use in standard for fun that is loaded with disruption cards (red card, delinquent, etc). It works great until Ninetails shows up.
