Yeah, I highly doubt that they would make this region exclusive. If they ever re-made the Hoenn region games like Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire then you'd probably be able too. They would be making a terrible mistake not putting the Mega Evolutions into it. That's like them having it so there's...

I enjoy the design of it a lot, it has it's stand alone form and then it's battle form. (Which it's really not even considered a form I guess) I know i'll catch it but I doubt i'll actually use it in a battle, there's other Ghost Types that take priority.

It was a Pidgey on the first Route in Pokemon Soul Silver. I was excited because it was my first shiny, yeah. But it was also a Pidgey, so.. I guess you can't be TOO excited about it. My friend also encountered the same thing but he was unable to catch it, made it even better.

I agree, time should be unlimited to receive the Pokemon. What if I wanted to start over the game a year from now, can I never get MegaBlaziken again because I can't get the Blazikenite anymore? So i'm not totally against Wi-Fi distribution.. I just hope after the event is over they don't make...

You beat me to it, I was also going to say that Korrina is a fighting type Gym Leader for the same reasons. Which there's two Mega Pokemon so far that are of the fighting type so i'm expecting to see her with MegaBlaziken and MegaLucario. Maybe a MegaMienshao cause from the look of her hat...
