Back In the day, we could only have 1 shiny in our decks. I don't see anything on the card that says 1 shining like neo 4 had so maybe there won't be a limit of 1.

You might be able to buy the gx separately. I imagine there's people out there like myself who plan on buying a bunch of the boxes and then only keeping 1 gx for the collection.
