I have a question about azelf: 1. If you use it's Poke-power and there isn't a Pokemon in your prizes, do you still put a card from your hand there? If so, what if you have six prizes, and there isn't a Pokemon?

My friend has a Fa reshiram that has a horrible border. It is so fat on one side, and thin on the other. You can see black on the fat side.... Which means Pokemon cards are printed in sheets.
