Would Old Dome Fossil/Kabutops be GLC eligible? Since it counts as a C basic, it technically wouldn't be allowed in an F type deck. Seeing how it's a trainer card though, I'm not sure how this works.

Blastoise cards always end up being the best out of the OG 3 starters. I can see blastoise ex seeing play in standard but not really the other 2

I wonder if the long white boxes have the same card like the boxes in the thief's pictures or if they're randomized with SR cards.

I'm also 31 and just went to my first regionals in Arlington this year. I definitely think you should go, they're a ton of fun! I'm hoping to go to locals once some of my LGS announce their tournaments.

Looks like Bannette ex is has item lock with it's first attack. Early basic TL: 30 dmg "During your opponent's next turn they can't play any item cards from their hand" Could be cool depending on how the meta shifts.
