Hell yeah, but it's literally the best region ever. Also, you hyped for Kanto? I am simply for the fact that Johto and Sevii Islands could make a return!

I joined pokemon in gen 5 so I don't know too much about gen 1, aside from the little gameplay I've had from emulators.
tbh, I'm a little disappointed it's not gen 8 if the rumors are true

I started in Gen 5 too, and the Kanto remakes are confirmed since the domains were registered. But if we can goto Johto and the Sevii Islands then I'd be pumped! I think it's gonna be more than just a simple Yellow remake
