Also, energy discarding attack and spread damage GX attack is literally exactly what normal Necrozma GX does...

I'm not convinced. Why not just use old Necrozma-GX? What real advantages does Ultra Necrozma have, other than the Ultra Beast support?

1. Ultra Necrozma GX deals up two 210 with two [P] energy (and one [M] energy, but that stays on) and a Choice Band while Necrozma GX deals 220 damage each turn if you have 3 Metagross GX (Ultra Necrozma GX only needs two)
2. Ultra Necrozma GX place 6 damage counters on each of your opponents Pokemon (not just Pokemon GX/EX like Necrozma GX).

3. 190 HP (Ultra Necrozma GX) VS. 180 HP (Necrozma GX)
4. Ultra Necrozma GX has Fairy Weakness (which is countered up by Metagross GX) while Necrozma GX is weak to Psychic (which is probably going to be more popular than Fairy when Ultra Necrozma GX is released).
5. Ultra Beast support.
