Is it viable without Garbodor? Cause I hate Garbotoxin, but I really want to make an Umbreon deck ^w^

Of course! You can honestly play it straight Umbreon/Yveltal EX and add in either Baby Yveltal. It plays a lot like Darkrai EX/Mewtwo EX in that regard.
