Where do you get it?

I think the only way to get it is through Battle Points.

UGH!

Battle Tree already gave me a royal whooping, and the Battle Royal Arena takes way to long to earn a meager 2BP...I'm literally pissed now.

I've always hated Battle Tower facilities.
I wish PokeBank would allow for item transfer!

I'd forgotten just how dirty the RNG plays me in them. At least with the Maison I was able to cheese it with Durant.
