“Mega Latias ex Box” Coming in October with Special Jumbo Card!

A new "Mega Latias ex Box" will release on October 10th for $21.99!
It will include four booster packs and a new alternate art promo of Mega Latias ex from Mega Evolution. It will also feature a jumbo lenticular card of the same Latias, giving the card a unique 3D effect.

Surprisingly, the box makes no mention of including a code card. Mega Evolution booster packs will only include a code card in every other pack, so it seems TPCi is reducing them elsewhere as well.

TCGL gives more credits now from the daily missions from the latest update, so its easily affordable to just buy the product from the shop. Its also very cheap to just craft the promo card itself. Maybe that's why they're discontinuing the code cards from Collection boxes.

That was just our theory, we don't know for sure why they're reducing the code cards.

Funnily enough, the promo art actually makes it look more like Latias because of the pose. The regular art makes it look more like Latios lol I've always associated Latias with upward poses/angles and Latios with downward poses/angles

Still annoyed that they have the same color as megas. When they first revealed Mega Latias ex I deadass thought it was Mega Latios until I read a comment saying it's the first Mega Latias card

I'm gonna say something maybe insane but I think they are reducing the code cards to be able to print more actual cards because of the current state of the market
