Kyogre and V Guard Energy were revealed from the Japanese set Incandescent Arcana, which releases in Japan on September 2nd. We should see most of the cards from this set become part of our Silver Tempest in November.

V Guard Energy - Guess we don't need the Gardevoir then. At least it cannot be affected by Path, and energy denial seems out of the meta rn. Blissey? We know how Blissey performs atm. We don't need to say more abt it. 4-5

Kyogre - pretty much another single-prized card. Snipe a Lumi is pretty much worth it, but 4 energy? I doubt it mate. Cramorant does the better job before. 3

H.Goodra cannot be killed.
Just realized how powerful Duraludon VMAX will be post rotation, since it hits 270 with single strike energy and choice belt, while ignoring all effects including stadium, special energy and abilities. Apart from that, One Blow, Phoebe & Raticate may be the only other counters.

The fact that you only need Water energy makes the entire deck more consistent. It'll see play.
Also, 140 HP and the charge-up attack give this Kyogre so many more options to DO something than the Amazing Kyogre has. It can also snipe away a huge threat, so it can have a way more devastating effect on your opponent’s board state. It also gives you the energy back! Unless your WHOLE deck is built around Amazing Kyogre AND your opponent has no way to play around that, this Kyogre is probably (way) better.

140 base HP and 180 snipe to any, including active, is absolutely monstrous...

For the GLC format. Love it.
