Collecting Unopened Base Set Theme Decks

Hey guys. Anybody have any valuation on base set themed decks? Ex. Blackout, Brushfire, etc. I know there is a difference between shadow and shadowless. Should these be opened to confirm if they are shadow or shadowless and then immediately sealed, or should they be kept unopened. Any way to verify what they are without opening? Thanks, hopefully someone could help me out.

I would imagine opening them would be a mistake value-wise. There are probably ways to tell on the packaging if they're shadowless or not?

First thing I'd suggest is looking on ebay sold listings for a rough idea of value.
