Could you evolve a ditto prism into a vmax because if you could that could be really good

I don't think so since VMAX aren't considered Stage 1 pokemon

"Once during your turn (before your attack), you may put any Stage 1 card from your hand onto this Pokemon to evolve it. You can't use this Ability during your first turn or the turn this Pokemon was put into play."

It has to be a Stage 1 pokemon that you place on top of Ditto Prism Star. VMAX Pokemon evolves specifically from V Pokemon.
