At leaast give us flash fire, phantom forces, ancient origins, or even roaring skies

Pokemon, stop giving us XY packs. No one wants them. No one likes them. Give us something we can actually use like Team Up or Lost Thunder. And stop doing the four prong thing with the promos.

Lost thunder actually has some good cards in it. The SM equivalent to Steam Seige would be Celestial Storm. Ray is about the only useful thing in the set.

And sadly even that is debatable. Only getting used in fringe tech options to accelerate an energy.

I’d say steam siege is the xy equivalent of forbidden light and fates collide is the xy equivalent of burning shadows

At least burning shadows has a chase card so that makes it always a plus.
