Help Energy Recycler (Rotation)

Hi fellow trainers,

Energy Recycler first was printed in Guardian Rising set, and it was reprinted for its secret rare in Forbidden Light set. As Guardian Rising is rotating out in season 2019-20, will Energy Recycler still be legal in the standard format (season 2019-20)? Just want to double check and make sure that my information is correct.

Because it has a new numbering in Forbidden Light (i.e., not an "alternate art" numbering) it remains legal to use.
