Sorry it’s my first time of using it and I don’t know whether it’s the right platform to ask a ruling question . Can anyone help to answer whether the prism star stadium thunder mountain can reduce an energy cost of a colourless energy attack of an electric Pokémon ? Thanks

It states that it only replaces lightning energy, not colorless, so no thunder mountain replaces no colorless. I'm not a judge, but I hope my 8 year experience as a competitive player is enough.
The answer above is correct but you should also read the card better before you ask questions as a judge I hate making these kind of rulings in a tournament. Pokemon is a very literal card game if a card is written a certain way then 99 percent of the time it's effect works they way it was written and has no other use.
