call for family type attacks are usually useful. Moreso than pseudo-blank basics with 10dmg attacks or whatever.

You forgot to add that it has 4 retreat cost.
Bracer thing + 220 HP + an ability named "Hard Coat"
This thing is going to be BULKY.
Oh, and it attacks for colorless, too.
It can be in malamar decks that wants to kill Ninetales and Gardevoirs.
Holy mother ducker, rip fairy and ice. Not to mention Glaceon, this thing will definitely ohko that.

This does not need to be a 170+ HP game o_O

Much, much better than I anticipated! Very consistent! A fully charged Melmetal with one extra energy will OHKO Zoroark. That considering the GX attack makes it a top tier Pokemon.

This thing with Magnezone is going to be an absolute monster. You only need 1 Metal energy to OHKO Gardy, with all 4 being Metal you are hitting Buzzwole for the KO and with a Choice Band you say nighty night to any non-Tag Team or Stage 2 GX.

Melmetal can lead a deck. Not just great offense - add a frying pan and it takes 280 to get a OHKO on him.

I agree with @ForeverRanger91 - Magnezone is a solid sidekick - add a Max potion, cycle and attach the energy back - oye.

Melmetal doesn't have the big damage output of Dusk Mane Necrozma - but Melmetal is waaaayyy tougher.

Still would of been nice if didn't have to evolve but we know that wasn't gonna happen. But will be solid option for any metal deck and this should give the Melmetal/Lucario Tag Team Gx a very good chance of being uber strong.

Solid card, with metal goggles coming out in the same set Melmetal is going to be tough to beat. Probably will try it out with shield energy in expanded.

I'm certain that someone will find success with this deck, HOWEVER, because Blacephalon looks to be tier 1 for the foreseeable future, I don't see this deck getting off the ground, especially by the time this dude comes out.

Melmetal is soooooooooooooooo bulky, taking 3 regular riotous beatings to kill;add on a muscle pad and you get more health than most of the tag teams. Magnezone makes the dude viable . Unfortunately Blacephelon is still a thing, but this guy has some real potential what all with being able to OHKO most mons in a one turn magnetic circuit.

SOOO MUCH better than expected indeed! This with Metal Frying Pan will be so tanky! And there's Dhelmise to add that 10 or 20 damage (with 2 on your bench). With Magnezone and Mt. Coronet this will be a beast! You can also use Dusk Mane Necrozma promo as a first turn attacker while setup and Dusk Mane Necrozma GX with 3 beast rings as a secondary attacker in this deck!

What if you played this like a Guzzlord deck with tons of energy but also with discard abilities like 4 ultra balls to setup your melmetals while discarding tons of energy to gx attack turn 2 + mt coronet
