Help Help Identifying Old Cards

Hey guys. My uncle worked in a card fabric gave me a bunch of those cards back in the days(around 10-14 years. Not sure about that)
I want to sell them but I just cant find any cards of them in the internet. I asked a lot of collector but none of them was able to help me out with that. They don't look fake or anything like that. The complete front is shining and all of them have those cracked shards all over the front(Cracked reverse holos if I am not wrong).
I know that those kind of cards exist but I can't find any of those with that generation and I have nearly the whole generation of them.

It's possible that they MAY be League promo cards, but I've never seen cards from EX Ruby and Sapphire get the Cracked Ice RH treatment that's usually reserved for older League promos.
 
That is what I thought aswell. But I asked a bunch of collectors and none of them said that there was something like that ever for this generation
 
A simple scan would be more helpful as the pictures are.

Looking at Blaziken the card isn't English. Stands to reason that the energy came from a non-English set. Find out what language that is and that might help narrow it down. That assumes these are real, which I'm not entirely convinced on.
