Ruling Machop legal?

Can this machop be used instead of this machop - was told that this is not a reprint

A card that has had an exact reprint in a currently legal set can be used even if the set the original card is from has rotated. Although the Machop print in Generations has different artwork from the Furious Fists print, the attack, HP, etc are all the same, so they are considered the same card. Just remember you would need to list then separately on a decklist if using them both.
