Hello I'm looking for a ruling as to what attack exactly is available to Mimikyu (Guardians Rising, 58/145) if it were to attack using Copycat in the turn immediately following Zoroark Break's (Breakthrough 92/162) attack with Foul Play.

For example, if Zoroark Break were to use Drampa GX's (Guardians Rising, 115/145) Berserk attack through Foul Play, on the next turn would Mimikyu be able to use Berserk? Or would it only be able to use Mind Jack?

Thanks!

Copycat lets Mimikyu used whatever attack your opponent used last turn. If Mimikyu uses Copycat when your opponent used Foul Play last turn, then you would choose one of your opponent's Active Pokemon's attacks to copy. If Zoroark BREAK is still active, your only option would be Mind Jack. From a technical standpoint, you could use Foul Play infinitely, but the loop would have to be broken in order for the game to continue. In this case there is no infinite loop that can't be broken, since Mind Jack is also a valid option, so you would have to choose that. However, if your opponent's Active Pokemon was switched and is no longer Zoroark BREAK, you would still copy Foul Play with Copycat, since that's the attack that was used last turn. You would then select one of the new Active Pokemon's attacks to copy via Foul Play.
