PTCGO is not for smartphones already? That would be weird since i´ve been playing it on my Samsung Galaxy S7 for months now. In the store it may say its not compatible but you can still just download an apk of it. Runs as smooth as on PC

And TCG ONE isn't neeeaaar yet as good either. It doesn't look good, it's pretty sonfusing to use (at least to me) and of course they don't have all the sets.
