This is the first things I've posted on here. I would like to know, does Glaceon-EX's attack "Crystal Ray" prevent damage from Breaks that have evolved like Zoroark or Trevenant?

We will need an English scan to ensure an accurate ruling.

Found an english scan. I don't know if it affects evolved Breaks, But I know it should affect breaks like Lugia. But know that i think about it, does Jolteon-EX work on non-evolved Breaks like Lugia, Ho-oh, or Carbink?

BREAK is an evolution stage. Any Pokemon BREAK is an Evolved Pokemon, since as of the current rules there is no way to play a Pokemon BREAK without evolving. Regardless of whether the Pokemon BREAK Evolved from a Basic, Stage 1, Stage 2, etc., it is now considered a different Evolufion stage called BREAK. Glaceon-EX's Crystal Rsy blocks all damaged from your opponent's Evolved Pokemon, which includes BREAK.

As for Jolteon l-EX's Flash Ray, the same logic applies. All Pokemon BREAK are Evolved, and would thus be able to damage Jolteon-EX.

Ok, thanks for clearing it up. Jolteon-EX and Glaceon-EX together with Rough Seas and other cards could destroy the format. I may make a deck list knowing this.

Would Glaceon-EX also prevent damage from stage 2 pokemon which got in to play with maxies hidden ball trick?

*EDITED*
Yes, they wouldn't be able to attack Glaceon. A Maxie'd/Archie'd Stage 1/2 Pokemon is still an /Evolution/ Pokemon regardless of how it came into play.

Nevermind, I stand corrected. It states "Evolution" instead of "Evolved". Since it would still be an Evolution, Glaceon would be safe.

Wait, so a maxie/Archie'd stage 1/2 would still count as an evolution Pokemon? Have we gotten a confirmation on that for sure?

They "evolve from _______". It doesn't matter if it came into play via an effect different than evolution: it's still /an/ Evolution. Gallade is still a Stage 2 Pokemon regardless if it came into play via Maxie's or evolving from a Kirlia, or even from Cradily's Lifesplosion.

I've got one:

What if you put a basic Pokémon onto Ditto BCR? Could that hit Glaceon?

For example, I'll say Mewtwo.

First of all, those links are broken AF. Wasn't able to make them work. :p

Now, Ditto literally states "This does not count as playing that Pokémon or evolving". Ditto has nothing to contribute. I'd still be a Basic Unevolved Pokémon.

Does placing damage counters count as an effect that would be blocked by crystal or flash ray? I thought nothing could prevent damage counters.
I am specifically wondering about Raticate Break and Trev Break vs Glaceon EX.

crystal/flash ray block damage, placing damage counters is an effect and crystal/flash ray don't stop effects.

to stop damage counters you would need to block effects like with Magearna EX's mystic heart ability. course mystic heart only blocks attack effects, ability effects like Decidueye GX/greninja break need something to block ability effects like the upcoming machoke.
