To my understanding, you can't play Wally into a Rare Candy, if that's what you meant. If I am wrong please let me know, because that would be a cool idea to try out!

I feel this would be like Machamp-EX where everyone thinks that it is a really good card, but turns out to be very slow. I guess this may see play with max elixir for speed.
