The delcatty from Cold Flare is not holo. And by magnets I'm assuming you mean Magnemite and Magneton?

The Japanese ones im pretty sure only exist as foils if they're holo rares

BC-rev crustle - 0.35
advent promo chingling (value unknown)
all your english plasma rev magnets (4 cards: 2x Magnemite, Magneton, Magnezone) - $1.25 for all
For your Pikachu Promo? I'm not really certain on what the Chingling's worth because I can't find a value online. I would value it at a couple of bucks perhaps.

Persian, Raichu, Drifloon, and Wigglytuff are not actually BW promos, rather they just come with Pikachu (BW54), Jigglypuff (BW65), and Drifblim (BW 64) are bw black star promos. And is it Klink or Klang that you have (11/12 Klang or 10/12 Klink)?
