Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

first post suckers :p

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Holy cow, 180 HP on a stage 1. With something like that you will never need to retreat. Just beware of Luxray.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
As you might have noticed, this is a card designed to always have more HP than the opponent. Its first attack heals itself for up to 60 HP, and its second does 100 for 4 energy, so long as Wailord has more HP. Therefore, keeping his HP high is necessity.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Feraligatr Prime to power it up, and Dawn Stadium to always keep it ready to attack for high numbers. Rescue Energy is practically a necessity so you don't lose Wailord later. (I know a guy at league who runs Wailord Tank, and it's amazingly consistent.)
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Exploud SV. Nuff Said.
5. How's the artwork?
For a Wailord it's average. But it isn't bad.

Post-rotation BDIF for sure *runs*

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
HP is great for a stage 1 but the weakness and retreat are terrible. It's weak against luxray and has a hefty retreat cost.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Underwater Dive can be good if you're lucky. Swallow up has great damage seeing how very few pokemon are able to out do wailord's 180hp, but for 4 energy it takes to long to set up and wailord might be down on hp by that time.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Feraligtr prime to get energy on it quickly.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Maybe a donphan to counter luxray.
5. How's the artwork?
Great 4/5
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I give it a 2/5. It's cons greatly outweigh the pros and I just cant see it working in today's metagame.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
The HP for this is great, out does any other card out there.
A weakness to lightning Pokemon, not great against a Luxray or even a Lanturn Prime.
No Resistance, doesn't really matter but could have had a resistance to fire or something.
The Retreat Cost is bad, really bad. Don't go short on switches in a deck if you're using it.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Not to bad. The first can heal upto 60 HP in one turn.
The second attack, not that useful although this card will always have an upper hand in terms of HP. A High cost of 4 energies is the only thing that lets it down.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Use Feraligatr Prime to power it up quickly.

5. How's the artwork?
Not to bad. I've seen worse. The facial expression looks like its frowning. I like the mix of colours though.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I give it a 2/5. Its high attack and retreat cost reallly let it down.

1. 180 hp, x2 weakness, no resistance, and 4 retreat, this is the basic outline of a tank.
2. has to rely on another card to increase the speed and playability of it's attack (especially a stage 2 card), overall not worth it as a valid water tech.
3. feraligator prime to increase the speed of it's attack
4. donphan, or any other fighting type to counter electric.
5. 2/5 it's nice.
6. Overall this is a crutch card, meaning it needs to rely on a bench tech to increase the playability of the card, it has no resistance so even at 180 wailord just come's across as meat bag to sit in front while you setup. Having it's usefulness as a tank it also has it's uselessness as a slow attacker, even if you where to use wailords attack it could come in handy but again rely's on another to deal that dmg 1/5.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
TERRIBLE RETREAT, GOOD HP AND WEAKNESS IS ALSO TERRIBLE

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
THE FIRST ATTACK CAN BE USED TO HEAL WHILE THE SECOND DAMAGE, SORT OF LIKE A TANK DECK

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
YOU CAN DUTRIO AND POSIBLLY AN UNOWN Q TO REDUCE RETREAT TO 1 OR FLYGON TO 0. PERHAPS NIDOQUEEN TO ALSO HEAL AND EXPERT BELT TO DMAGE AND TANK.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
WEAKEST POINT IS RETREAT AND ALSO DAMAGES. USE WARP POINTS, SEEKERS, SUPER SCOOP UP, ETC.

5. How's the artwork?
COOL DRAMATIC WAVES.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
6/5 WAY WAY GOOD TANK FOR MANY DECKS AND IT IS ALSO A STAGE 1 TANK!

Please don't type in all caps.~de
