Well, you shouldn't really care about their attacks, they're really just for energy acceleration. I don't think the energy acceleration is that bad anyway. Well, you can use Garbodor to block the ability. And with lasers, maybe some golbat stuff you can probably hit for 180 most of the time...

I was looking through the Double Crisis set, and the Team Magma cards might actually turn out semi-competitive. These are the cards that caught my attention. Edit: More stuff I found that makes this way more interesting. Especially Sharpedo. If you want to hit with Groudon later on...

I'd say you choose either Kyurem or Eeveelutions at this point. It's true that Kyurem is good, but we gotta remember guys: this is about Lugia. I run Kyurem as an alternate attacker in my deck, sure, but I don't think we should add anything that doesn't add anything to the main point of this...

mmk, make sure to check it out if you're having trouble setting up lugia with all the hammers and lasers and stuff though. Probably not really for this list anyways since you're running lots of pokemon already.
