Well it's a street date, and if the company that released dated products care to, they can take action against said store/company if they break date. It's just a matter of if the company so desires to. I do know that Pokemon will take action against lcs that do things like sell the prize packs...

If that happened in the US, it would make it so those stores are no longer eligible to be affiliated with Play! Pokemon, would lose league status (if they had any) and would forfeit the ability to be involved in other future events/promotions. I don't understand why that can't be done there...

Why couldn't you have picked some other Pokemon that you haven't made a shiny for? Shouldn't it have been more newer Pokemon like from Scarlet and Violet or any that hadn't been done before?

You too huh? I'm still fighting to get my 151 Bulbasaur promo from Best Buy. I will never again buy Pokemon cards from Best Buy just for the promo because apparently my store isn't important enough to get the promos on time.

Yeah we just held one of those at our lcs this past Saturday. They also had stamped play! league holo cards. Pikachu, Alcremie, and Dreadnaw. The decks have non-holo V's in them.

They should just give it one per address so it limits it at least a little. They should have that in place for anything that might remotely be a hit to allow more people a change to get things. Then they need to limit everything to 2 per address. If you have more than 2 kids that love Pokemon...

Until this happens for the other markets, not worth thinking about it. I'm glad they are doing something, but they could have done that like 10 years ago or something when it would be easier for them to do it. Now it will be a costly expense for them to have a team to do nothing but monitor...

This is assuming it's actually true. I haven't seen any information about this other than here. But considering there's nothing 151 available to order, I guess it doesn't matter. I just want to get 1 etb. I got the ultra premium collection on Targets website for now.
