Best place to go for info on standard format is the tcg section of the pokemon website. That'll give you the sets that are in standard and expanded then youtube is good place for finding decks etc

The lost march basics get a hell of a lot of use out of twin energy, maybe not abusive levels but it's definitely a really good rougue next set. Especially with the LM Cottonee for ADP's.

If you're worried about your own labs messing you up, just play Swells or Power Plants instead. Also try to find a spot for the item lock cryogonal, it's really helpful against stall decks and even baby blowns.

It has like a 80-20 with baby blowns(80) and is probably it's worst mu, tangrowth can be pretty bad too if they know they can stall you out. Other than that mu's are either 50-50 or like 60-40 or better. It's best mu is probably malamar, giratina can't touch you because of mallow lana and stuff...

If people want a viable non-GX option pidgey [baby] blowns is right there, sure it's a little vunerable to stamp but it uptrades on ADP, beats mewmew like 70 30, autowins gardeon (assuming you get pidgeons up) and uses busted welder engine. Only problem in swsh meta is no T1 elm, but quick ball...

baby blowns, both versions are high tier 2 or 1.5 decks. I think that the pidgeotto version is best, can recover from stamp better. Also ADP just loses to it sometimes, as do most of the TT decks and you can have a pretty solid malamar with UNM Hoopa and beast rings means welder isn't always...

try without the nagas -2 poipole -2 naganadel -3 treasure +2 Red&Blue +1-1 Weavile line +1 Cherish Ball +2 Tag whistle. naga might be better but a few people I know have been trying it just using Red&Blue + weavile to some success.

Depends, its really good in the mally matchup so you can more easily ko the Mally's. It's 4 slots either way so depends on your preference.

Depends on if discarding the prize counts as taking it, personally I doubt it because otherwise Stinger GX could count as 6 prizes "taken"/removed from prize area.
