Jynx would be an amazing water tech only if Ditto prism were still in standard. If it were a 2-card tech with 1 Jynx and 1 Hypno it would be especially viable. As is, it could be okay but probably won't see a ton of play.

Centiscorch is simply an awful card. This seems weird to say, but its HP is too low to justify its attack.
