I don´t think the abillity is broken, but I think it´s really annoying. You are forced to Play at least one non-GX/EX- Attacker. This makes Deckbuilding much more difficult.

Volcanion-EX gets a lot of support in Burning Shadows. Also I think that Metagross get more popular, which is one of the best matchups, because of Gardevoir-GX. Maybe we will see it just as a support Mon to push other fire types like Ho-Oh-GX. We´ll see.

I think Gardevoir-GX is one of the best decks after rotation. It´s able to beat Garbodor and also punish decks that need a huge amount of energy in play.
