it helps that match up, but not much. Night march is just so dependent on items that if you go second, it will be very hard to find your zoroark line. Since you have to evolve into it, you still give them time to knock it out as a basic. A better counter is just upping your hex/lysandre counts...
I think delinquent could definitely become much more prominent. It forces people to choose to keep a high hand and risk getting dead draws off of N, or getting their hand destroyed by a delinquent. If you have both in your discard, vs. seeker punishes both plays.
Any deck that can rotate attacking with basics and evolution can do pretty well. M-ray/jolteon, YZG can both do this. Also night march and other decks that can easily find lysandre outs tend to do well from my experience against it.
That is a very poor representation of the meta game IRL. Decks such as Greninja BREAK and YZG are much more prominent then the mentioned M-ray and sesmitoad at the moment. Houndoom and M Mewtwo are almost non-existent as well
