Redoing my previous story, using a bit more inspiration from various works by Rudyard Kipling, primarily The Jungle Books.
The protagonist will be still be a human boy raised by a pride of Litleo and Pyroar.
The equivalent to Shere Khan will be a Krookodile named Temujin, but unlike his feline...
PROLOGUE
It was a blustery afternoon out at sea, when an aristocratic couple was sailing on their small family yacht with their infant son in his mother's arms. The wind suddenly picked up, and the small boat was headed straight for a fairly-sized rock. The boy's father attempted to steer clear...
Apologies for bumping, but I need some clarification:
I'm in the midst of writing an origin story for one of my characters, who ends up being found and raised by a pride of Pyroar and Litleo, some time after the pride has had a successful hunt. Would it be considered PG-13 to describe the hunt...
Apologies for double-posting, but I'm also debating on writing an epic crossover between Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts. Not sure which trio of Starters I should use for the main characters' first Pokemon, but I've narrowed it down to Johto, Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos. It's gonna be HUGE either way!
Writing an origin story for one of my characters (Eric Damon).
He will be raised by a pride of Litleo and Pyroar, and the story will take more than a bit of inspiration from The Jungle Book and Tarzan: Lord of the Apes. I just need to figure out which Pokemon to be the equivalent to Shere Khan...
I'm also pretty baffled that the following animals aren't in Pokemon form yet:
Capybara
Meerkat
Lynx
Llama
Zebu
Ring-Tailed Lemur
Ibis
Snow Leopard
Coati
Flamingo
Red Panda
Jaguar
Wildebeest
Andean Condor
Kiwi bird
Mandrill
American Black Bear
Reindeer
Kookaburra
Leopard Gecko
Gila Monster
Tree...
Wow. Since this is in my area, I'll have to put more effort into going to Worlds! I could just take the Public Transportation on Friday and stay in a hotel until Monday.
I found hidden humor while seeing Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc., Beauty and the Beast, and The Lion King in 3D that went straight over my head as a kid.
Also.. You can thank Kingdom Hearts for rekindling my faith in Disney.
