RE: Shiny Pokémon Less Rare in X / Y I think once you find a shiny pokemon, the chance of finding another increases, until you switch your game off. I caught 4 yesterday, within 2 hours and the time period between finding each one got smaller.

RE: Shiny Pokémon in X / Y: Less Rare & More Special The rate has certainly increased, at least in the Safari. I've been playing Pokemon since the start and never had a shiny unless it was an event Pokemon. Now I've had 4 in 2 days! I'm not complaining, I think its great!

RE: The "I pulled something cool" topic. Just opened my first ever Emerging Powers boosters. I bought 4 and got Excadrill & Cobalion holos and a reverse holo Zoroark, pretty pleased! With the online codes I pulled 2 Tornados FA and a Thundurus FA. I also got 2 Raichu primes, a Blissey prime...

I actually quite like the look of this set, particularly the artwork. I'll collect them, most probably.

RE: TCG Discussion Really hoping for the trio cards in EP. They're probably the nicest looking cards I've seen in a long time. Reshiram & Zekrom are cool, but I've always found them a little bit... well, ugly (Zekrom especially). The trio full art cards are the opposite of that, stunning!

I'm not a big fan of Jumbo card, usually, but these ones look cool. Might end up buying one instead of picking up standard boosters.

The artwork itself is pretty impressive! Massive HP, aswell - looking forward to seeing the other EX's in the set.
