    I got a answer. Look at the past pokemons eyes...Primeape, Magnemite, Muk, Voltorb, Krabby, Quilfish, Elekid etc. They all have dotted eyes. Now, look at the new pokemons...They have better designed eyes, still very different. That´s one of maaaaaany factors!!
