Not gonna call this bland (Heck I'd never call any card that even if thy're meh), instead I'd say this card is alright, it made me think that the child hits harder than the mother and ngl I can see the logic behind that from an IRL standpoint, and the art is cool too.
Not gonna lie, I do like Karen FA. The perspective shown makes it clear that she is not a person to be messed with, and the background colours further illustrates this.
That being said, Brawly also looks pretty neat as well, the flurry of fists makes the action pose pop off much ore than if...

With hindsight, it makes sense that these are the cut VMAX's as Scizor was...
Not gonna lie, I completely forgot that a FA was going to get yeeted into a side product (I know it was 3 weeks ago), at least we now know the answer to that.
I'm going to say Drednaw is that last VMAX that will be in the set, whilst Scizor and Gardevoir get relegated to the November set.
I do wonder which Full Art will get shoved into a side product though.
EDIT: Actually, I can see Gardevoir being the final VMAX in the set and them removing...
I wasn't a fan of the restored mechanic introduced in Gen 5 (considering the luck-based aspect), but yeah I do agree that it warranted reworking.
I would think not as Mysterious Fossil didn't and even though Unidentified Fossil didn't have that clause, I believe it didn't either.
