Donphan prime is already a counter to mewtwo. it never has more than 1 energy and with its power it doesnt count for mewtwo. meaning their mewtwo needs 6 energy to OHKO. and with no energy acceleration my mewtwo will be working off DCE alone. that being said, I will test with it and see how it...
