This stall deck is a nice concept but just gets beat out by Garb VERY hard. Considering Drampa/Garb is a popular deck you're most likely losing that MU.
Idk what MUs it would win, but again, seems like a cool idea.

This card is crazy good. I'm surprised that everyone is super against it 'wasting' a prism card slot.
I'd tech this in any deck that I'd make. It's a free prize, how is that NOT good.
Yes, ig you have to place it to your bench, but that's a pretty small cost for more card advantage, and a bigger...
The reason why Emolga CFF was good was because Emolga had no retreat cost, so you could keep the energy on the squirrel for later CFF plays.
Skymin won't be played in anything notable just because of it.
Or because we still have Bridgette.
This deck is weird.
Like, weird in a sense where I wonder why you believe your deck is so good in the meta. I mean, you listed only 1 deck as unfavorable. If Greninja is the ONLY deck in the meta that can beat this deck (and once Giratina comes out Greninja is dead) why hasn't anyone made Top 32...
So Cosmog evolves into that unamed Eye thing, WHICH EVOLVES INTO A LEGENDARY.
MY PEOPLE, WHAT THE HECK.
Could this mean that the Cosmog in Lillie's bag is actually the legendary you capture in the game?
Does that mean you can breed Cosmog, and then it evolves into the legendary based on what...
My suggestions include:
-Only include Hoopa EX if you are running Shaymin and Sky Field. Hoopa takes up a bench spot that could easily be used for another Volcanion-EX or an attacker being powered up. I personally don't run Hoopa in my list, but take my advice on that one.
-Don't run Rough Seas...
2 Sycamore? What the heck?
I mean, when you explain it, it doesn't sound that bad. On the other hand, every deck normally 4 Sycamore so the term '2 Sycamore' seems pretty foreign to me.
Now that I think about it, City would be an absolutely horrible choice. I mean, if you could play it and IMMEDIATELY switch back to Rough Seas, it wouldn't be all that bad.
But City would be REALLY bad in the Rayquaza matchup just because your 2HKOs turn into 3HKOs.
