  • I played Rumble Blast. Basically, you (as a windup toy Pokemon) run around a set battlefield trying to topple over other toy Pokemon and knock them out. It's surprisingly addictive. If a Rumble-esque game does come out, then I may spring for a Wii-U.
    Rally,

    Oh, thank you. :)
If you are referring to the Haiku contest, I sort of gave that up. I decided that I didn't have enough time because I am totally re-writing Deception.
My thoughts exactly. At least Nintendo's systems/games are generally within my price range. Granted, the Wii-U (basic set) is like $300 according to Gamestop's website, but that's still a lot more affordable on my budget than an XBox One would be. I'm actually giving some serious thought to getting a Wii-U sometime in the inevitable future, but I may wait for either the price to drop or better games (like Zelda or Pokemon) to come out for it.
I was never sold on XBox to begin with. In fact, I probably hate the XBox One more than I ever hated the XBox 360. It just sounds like there's too much crap on it. It may appeal to a competitive gamer, but it's a complete turnoff for casual gamers like me. There's no way I'd ever waste money on it.
Yes, I heard that it was $500, but personally I think that's a total ripoff. That's all the more reason why I stick almost strictly with Nintendo's systems for my gaming means...
E3 has done nothing but disappoint me for the past three years straight. I honestly don't care about anything being announced at it this year, especially after hearing about the Xbox One.
Frostbite is really pulling it's weight. Shame that we didn't get to see much gameplay for Battlefront, but I'm not complaining.
Eh, nothing much. Trying to work on Biohazard's seventh chapter. I'm mostly done with it, but I keep getting caught up on this one part where I "temporarily" have my main antagonist killed, only to have him suddenly come back to life a little while later and flee the scene of several attacks he made against my protragonists.
    Somewhat difficult? Try sometimes-I-don't-die-on-the-tutorial-level difficult.

Come on EA, give us something good.
Well, they look good, but not enough to warrant all that money. Sad, I know.

Dark Souls is amazing, it's so much deeper than other medieval games. The lore and difficulty will keep you playing for months.

    ALSO MODERN PLANTWAR 3
No, it's like a brand new game. The original is very old and very underrated fighting game. Sadly, though, it's a One exclusive.

Dark Souls 2 isn't, though! Can't wait for that one either.
Spark seemed really interesting and creative. Like I've said before, a lot of good ground was covered at the conference, but the console sucks so bad that it doesn't really matter.

Oh yeah and I'm super hyped for Dark Souls 2 and Killer Instinct.
There were some pretty neat games announced. Even though it's not exclusive, I thought MGS V looked sick, and Halo/Dead Rising were interesting to see. TitanFall looked amazing, too bad it's exclusive too.
I'm beyond excited! Even with the console being a flop, I'm itching to see some of the new games announced not just during the Microsoft conference, but for all of the conferences. I knew there was a new Banjo Kazooie game in the works for a while, but still, looking forward to what Microsoft can bring us.
*Doxinox eats Rally* There, let's see if that gets your attention!
Rally, Ohhh yes, that sounds about right. I guess with all the people around the forum sometimes I forget a name or two. No problem, glad I could help you out. Also good to see that you've stuck around. There's plenty of people who join and don't stay past even a month, hah.
Rally, I'm not positive if we've even talked before, but thank you very much. Hearing that from someone I barely know tells me right away you're a cool person. :]
