How about Gyrardos AOR. It doesn't run any EX's or BREAKs. It is fairly consistent and hard hitting. Besides you get to use a deck with Magikarp in it! Who is my second favorite pokemon behind Psyduck.

I am not sure your max elixirs are going to be very successful only running 7 basic energies. I would replace them with 2 mega turbos and a Pokemon Center Lady or Max Potion. I like 1 Team Flare Grunt for added disruption. Otherwise it looks like a solid list.
