RE: Booster pack question Cool thanks for all the info!

I recently purchased some 1st edition fossil booster packs on ebay. They all seem to have a semi perforated side with 3 or 4 very small holes along the side of each pack. I'm trying to figure out if that's normal for these packs or if they have been tampered with.

I am looking to buy BW1 Japanese 1st edition booster boxes, black and/or white collection. I haven't been able to find any on ebay, amazon, etc. so I have been trying my luck posting on various forums. Any help would be much appreciated!
