How? The only way to search Wartortle is Ultra Ball, which means I have to not get a Blastoise or Keldeo with that Ultra Ball. Rare Candy, however, is searchable with Skyla, whose purpose early game is almost specifically to act as 4 extra Rare Candies. I have 8 ways to see a Rare Candy and 5...
