I'm probably not the first to notice, but the colour scheme and especially the tail of Kiteruguma seem to be based of off the Red Panda, an animal that is sort of like a redish-orange raccoon.

Would I be able to put Raichu BREAK on top of Raichu LV. X. Since level does not count towards the card's name, and I can only have four of Raichu and Raichu LV. X combined in a deck, it would seem so, but I'd like to get a professionals opinion. Also, If so, can I use Attacks, Abilities...
