Um, most decks will likely cost $100 and up. I would advise to wait for rotation before spending a lot of money on one deck.

I would go with the Team Plasma deck. It's very consistent and easier than the others to get a hang of. I'm not sure what it will do post-rotation though, so you may want to think about that as well.
