  • Ahahahaha, I was starting to worry that Zyflair would be the only person on Beach reading it. Thanks for stopping by!
I think I'll try Gatrem at League next week, since Kyurem be basic and can benifit from Eviolite. It should also take less time to set up. :D And thanks for reading that thing; I felt that "Nightmare" deserved some praise as well. :)
The best pure Water deck is probably either Kyurem+Gatr, or Blastoise+Gatr (or Floatzel). They rely on repeated use of Glaciate or Hydro Launcher, respectively.

Also, I have no objection to the bio entry.
@ DNA: Yeah, that's why I run Fire/Water now. (Even though mine stinks! :p) So since my birthday's comming up, I'm thinking of making a better deck. I was also maybe considering Kyurem (Noble Victories, because I'm not so sure about the EX version). Any thoughts on that?

@ Jirachi: I was thinking Emboar too. Maybe a 3-1-3 line along with 2 Rare Candies?
I'm going to run Reshiram-EX as a side attacker in a deck I'm planning (the contents of which I don't wish to divulge). I don't think it sucks.
Zekrom-EX? Yes, I think that sucks. Kyurem-EX? Maybe, but a lot of things nowadays are weak to Water.
People at my league are saying that ReshiramEX stinks! Does anyone wanna help me build a deck to prove 'em wrong? (I wanted do do this in comments so that I wouldn't take up any room in the thread list, even though it's unlimited.) :p
That sounds like Truth Engine with EXs as attackers - basically a newer rehash of google.dek.
It sounds good in theory, but if you're using nothing but EXs as attackers, they would only need to land 3 kills at most. Sure they're hard to kill, but even so, it's a tricky play.
Oh okay. I thought that you ment one of the newer ones from Noble Victories. I'll go take a look right now! :D
Oh noooooooz!!! Imma gonna lose... XD Exactly which Reuniclus? (Sorry, it's just hard for me to remember EVERY SINGLE competitive card... :D)
Hey. Did u see my new deck idea? Reuniclus/vileplume and EXs? Just say ur true feelings about it. No being nice about it either. :p
Heatproof, you say... Darn. If only Regigigas could use Lava Plume. Geuss I'll try Dusknoir! (Probably for Trick Room, so both Pokemon get an advantage.) :D
...Oh, right. PBR is 4th Gen, not 5th. Sorry, my mistake.
As far as Skill Swap Gigas in 4th Gen goes, you have a lot more options. Lots of Pokemon get Skill Swap. Out of those, the best choices are probably Claydol, Dusknoir, or Bronzong - they won't be all that hindered by Slow Start and they pass on a useful ability - Dusknoir passes Pressure, Claydol passes Levitate, and Bronzong passes Levitate or Heatproof.
Eviolite? But I can't use that in Sinnoh... Are there any other Evolution Exclusive Items?
Equip Dusclops with an Eviolite - Dusclops doesn't have stats that much lower than Dusknoir at all. The difference is negligible. With Eviolite, Dusclops' already-high defenses can soar.

He isn't as offensive as Dusknoir, but he can still cause a lot of annoyance with Toxitank strategies, just to name one.
But Dusclops has lower stats. Why him over Dusknoir? (I looked into it and Dusclops can learn Trick Room from a TM. Luckily, I have a spare one collecting dust in HeartGold.)
