I don't know if it can be something you like, but what about trying to use Roxie and Weezing in order to spread some damage? You can grab Weezing with Mysterious Treasure, discard it by Roxie, draw and spreading.

Dugtrio is cool and the list is cool too. However, I'vr always had a problem with Dugtrio: I feel like you have to focus either on grabbing energies from the deck or from the discard pile, but not both. If you try to focus on both, either Fisherman or Lady respectively will often end to be dead...

I've seen it being played with Mareep, Froslass, and Hoopa as an antimeta. It sounds cool :)

I love this kind of decks, even if they are often unviable :D First of all, consider adding Green's Search too and Pokegear, in order to hit your main supporter as consistently as possible. Then, add Custom Catcher to ensure you prizes. Darkbox is not a meta deck, so it should not be a problem...

I made some changes here. The deck runs smoother, I'd say! - Fini + Tina - Hapu - Power Plant + Lillie + Cynthia What do you guys think about these? I know they are minor changes, but I note the difference a lot!

If you choose Virizion, you can add a Dedenne too ;)

Shuckle Gx is pretty bad right now, every deck can bypass it. Spinarak is quite nice, try it 2x. As your Gx, you can consider Virizion too.

Another advice I feel I can give you is to play just one Gx in order to hit with the Gx attack. Rewster1 suggest Latios Gx, but you can consider Pheromosa & Buzzwole TTGx too :)
