What's weird is the set name in Japanese is actually "Storm Emeralda", not "Emerald" - What if this set is actually featuring the rumored "A" Legendary from Legends Z-A?? Sure it could feature a Mega Rayquaza too, but the fact the set name ends with "da" and not "do" like usual for Emerald...

I suppose but imo I think they should've committed to the theme of all Gen 2 Pokemon for him - At least Pinsir is in the Bug Catching Contest so it does make sense, I just think there's a bunch of other Pokemon it could've been instead
